1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only after full payment and receipt of confirmation email.

2. House Rules

No smoking inside the property
No parties or events
Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

3. Liability

NearDisneyStay is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during your stay. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
